These Terms & Conditions outline the rules governing your access to and use of ARBI POS software, applications, and services. By creating an account and using ARBI POS, you agree to comply with these terms.
You agree to provide accurate business information and understand that you are responsible for protecting your login credentials, including passwords and access rights assigned to staff. ARBI POS is not liable for losses or unauthorized access caused by password sharing, negligence, or internal misuse.
You agree to notify ARBI POS immediately if suspicious access or account tampering occurs.
ARBI POS reserves the right to conduct maintenance, upgrades, and improvements, which may result in temporary service interruptions. Although ARBI POS aims to ensure constant availability, it will not be responsible for disruptions caused by internet failure, device malfunction, hosting outages, or external cyberattacks beyond industry-standard protections.
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute any part of the software, including the design, source code, branding, interface, system functions, or reporting modules. All platform rights, structure, algorithms, and intellectual property belong solely to ARBI POS (House of Job Pvt. Ltd.).
Your business data remains your property, but ARBI POS retains sole ownership of the software and system architecture.
You acknowledge that subscription fees must be paid on time to maintain service access, and failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination. ARBI POS reserves the right to revise pricing, features, or these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use after notification indicates your acceptance of all updates.
You agree not to use ARBI POS for fraudulent billing, unauthorized financial recording, illegal data processing, or activities prohibited by local law.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue the use of ARBI POS immediately. By continuing to access and use the system, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full included in this document.
